How we work

Clear, honest and transparent communication is the basis of our business. As soon as we receive your enquiry, we'll be in touch to schedule and initial consultation, preferably on site but we can discuss the project virtually. We can then provide you with an outlined estimate for you to consider with a more detailed breakdown to follow upon confirmation of specification.

Once a decision has been made to proceed, we'll outline and share the schedule plan. This will be the basis of your project through to completion and you will receive a weekly update tracking the actual progress to plan. You will be informed immediately should any unforeseen changes occur.
